General Provisions

558ha ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online casino and cricket betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the platform and its users.

In this document, "user", "you" or "your" refers to any person who has registered on or uses the 558ha platform. These terms and conditions are to be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Eligibility and Registration

• Registering with fraudulent, false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

558ha reserves the right to reject any registration application. Failure to provide required documents for identity verification purposes (national ID card, passport, etc.) may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Management

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• No one other than the account owner may operate the account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• The account owner is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.
• If you need to update your personal information, please contact us — the support team will approve changes after verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be suspended at 558ha's discretion.

Deposits and Withdrawals

558ha supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh for safe and fast financial transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (same for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• All financial transactions must be made through a verified account, and the name on the payment method must match the account name.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• 558ha reserves the right to hold any withdrawal pending review of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

558ha reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete. This is a necessary security measure to prevent money laundering and fraud.

Bonuses and Promotions

558ha offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed.

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement to claim the bonus: 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fully met.
• The same person or members of the same family may not claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are valid only within a specified period — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• If abuse or manipulation of any bonus offer is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• 558ha reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the 558ha platform, including slot games, live casino games, sports betting (particularly cricket) and other table games.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.
• 558ha will not be held liable if a game session is interrupted due to a technical error or disconnection.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game results, ensuring unbiased and fair outcomes.
• Bets placed in sports betting markets cannot be changed once they are finalised.
• 558ha reserves the right to void any winnings obtained due to a programming error or incorrect quotation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set separately for each game.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation and legal action where necessary:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to hack, spread viruses or disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Using software or bots to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Placing bets on behalf of or with the money of a third party.
• Providing false or misleading information to deceive identity verification.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.
• Attempting to breach the security systems of the platform.

Under applicable law, 558ha's total liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the disputed period.

Account Suspension and Closure

558ha reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Inconsistencies in identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions or game activity).
• Account closure at the user's own request.
• By order of legal authorities.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's verified payment method, unless the account was closed due to fraud.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. We are committed to resolving all complaints promptly and fairly.
